As an owner managed hotel we take great pride in our food and strive to offer the very freshest of local produce. We change our menus regularly and take full advantage of the seasons and the bountiful produce available to us in this tropical coastal setting. We are very proud of our hard earned reputation as one of the best places to eat in Malindi and the surrounding area.
We offer a bar menu and a more extensive a la carte menu to go with a well considered selection of wines. Though we change our menus frequently, we wouldn't be popular with our locals if we removed some of our most popular dishes such as Tuna Sashimi, Thai Marinated Crab Claws or our Swahili Beef, and even the hardened meat eaters have been known to happily devour our creative vegetarian dishes.
The ocean that laps at our doors provides us with a very wide range of fresh seafood including Red Snapper, Prawns and Lobster with the Oysters coming from Kilifi just a few kilometres down the beach. Our catering team are well trained and experienced in providing food that reflects the climate, the setting and the rich Swahili culture in this stretch of coastline. It is this combination that gives us our fine reputation.
